Ladybugs

This week in Science we've been learning about ladybugs.

Learned a few new words around ladybugs.

Did you know that when lady bugs are born they have no color. It takes 2 whole days for them to turn red with black spots. Yes there are different colors but the red and black ones are my favorite ones.

My mama AKA teacher got this really neat art book on finger painting so I even learned how to finger paint a ladybug scene.

This spring we plan to order some ladybugs for the garden..as I learned they eat the bad bugs in the garden

Back to school after Christmas vacation

Hard at work on his 1st day back to school after 3 weeks off from school.

He was so excited to get down to business and learn some new things.

He made his first ever new years resolution
"learn to ride my new scooter." That's what he's writing in the photo and it was attached to his paper that he's pouring the glitter on...I'll take a photo next week
